  • Bank of America has reinstated Tilray (NASDAQ:TLRY) with a buy rating and the price target of $23.00 per share indicates ~29.8% upside to the last close. Tilray is trading flat in before hours.
  • Anticipating Tilray – Aphria merger to close this quarter, the analyst Heather Balsky expects ‘multiple expansion’ thanks to the resultant gains in scale, efficiencies, and combined liquidity

  • The deal crossed a major hurdle a few days ago when Aphria (NASDAQ:APHA) shareholders approved the proposed merger between the two Canadian rivals.
