I think from a medicine prespective, although in April/May COVID looks like it was settling down, it is very clear now that COVID will be going around for years to come seeing that even when US essentially has unlimited vaccines now for it's population, there is simply a large population that will refuse the vaccine, letting the virus keep mutating and generating more varients. In addition, school is reopening, and more and more states are becoming politically resistent to another shut down. The last interesting thing, from a discussion with a virology friend is that a lot of other respiratory infections (ie RSV and influenza) are off cycle now, probably due to social distancing and masking. For example given the low influenza rate last year, it might be coming back with a vengence this year. So hand sanizer demands may be sustained, just a matter of can AHC out compete other producers.
