Interesting trade at today's close...once again

For the second consecutive trading day BMONB has crossed a 207,100 share block of AHC stock on the bid side of the market at  4PM. In both instances the stock had traded a penny higher than the print price for a good portion of the afternoon. I had hoped that Friday's action cleaned out the seller, but evidently that was not the case.
Anyone have any thoughts?
