NO TAKEOVER OFFERS TO COME

The company needs to make a robust effort to raise its profile in the investment community. They need to get their story out. That will help move the share price. There will be no takeovers or attempts to take the company private. The original founders of Acasta Enterprises held a lot of the original shares. They forfeited those shares under an agreement when they left the company. Any significant ownership change will trigger a return of much of those shares to the original individuals who founded the SPAC. I suggest that you look at the notes related to the forfeiture of shares. The company needs to remove Hybrid Financial from their duties.
