Thanks for the info sir... The news sounds good to me. Now, Veg gets to deal directly with Loblaws's and all the other retailers with no more brokerage fees anymore as a result of their transaction. This transaction will definitely pay off in the long run. Good play Captiva Verde...

imho the most important line in the NR Captiva Verde has been selling organic vegetables to Loblaw through TGO since April 2016

Very good point Caliche, looks like contracted sales since the start of April. Lets hope there is no more write offs in Q2 and we can get this ship moving north.
