I think you have covered that well as those were my thoughts also, Some of the larger shareholders seem to think there is a future for the co. I am presuming.

Granted it could also be peanuts to them financially and they just don't care enough to sell. Ultimately there is a very real risk that VEG could go bankrupt right now.
