October 12, 2016

Captiva Verde Industries Ltd. is in default of CSE requirements. Effective immediately, Captiva Verde, will be suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules.

pretty sure its because we have no board at the moment we have 90 days to meet listing requirements for reinstatement

ok...so we will have no trading next weeks...i hope they come with great news about financing before trading resumes...it will be hard to found somebody that wants to invest here...you win some,you lose some...this is definitely a loser...8 months ago trading at 0.75...now 90% lost and maybe 100%...
