Last news says it all....
Nail is in the coffin unfortunately, the last news says it all. Why would that last news be posed if there was going to be something good coming out and management wanted to still appear positive? If a group of large shareholders is proposing to create a new company from the shell of Captiva with an entirely new business then they certainly know what is going on and specifically if it was released publicly.

They're proposing to clone it for whatever reason. Either way we'd receive shares on a 1:1 basis with the new company, so depending on how that goes we may not lose. Or it could all go to sh!t. It's all up in the air right now. Totally ambiguous.
