I'm sure he'll be able to put his inside knowledge of what Argex has done to good use at his new company and make himself a pile of money on options since he's getting in at an early stage. I'm also sure he wouldn't have done this unless he felt the Innu situation was a non-issue. Of course it's the government which issues mining permits, not the local natives and the governments have not hesitated in the past to issue mining and logging permits to disputed lands.
