Reality check.
I believe the company only has 5 directors at present, 3 of whom are management insiders including Michael Dehn. Management sticks together so the chance of Dehn being replaced (even if it was presently justified which it isn't) are pretty much nil.
I believe also that two more independent directors are being added at the AGM which will put independents in the majority, but nonetheless since Dehn would have had significant say in deciding on these new directors it's reasonable to assume that they're people he feels he can get along with and thus his job is still not at risk without significant cause.
