I've said it before and I'll say it again, PPG is not in the TiO2 business and they are not interested in getting in to it and producing TiO2. They are in the paint/coatings business as should be obvious by looking at their acquisitions over the last few years. There will be no strategic partnerships with RGX or anyone similar other than supply agreements. PPG is helping RGX develop their process and meet the necessary standards and they will benefit on the pricing side but everything so far indicates that's their sole interest.

You'll note that there is no indication that they have as much as lifted a finger to help RGX with their financing and when it is finally announced I don't really expect to see any mention of them whatsoever. If PPG had helped out then wouldn't this financing have been done a long time ago?
