In Argex' case it was the only way as debt was not an option due. Dilution is not always bad but in this case a little bitter. It could have been a lot worse dilution and even ZERO so i am thankfull to the Argex managment team for this recovery. I don't see the SP will change that much as it is already highly undervalued.
This re-inforces the credibility of the technology but i would still like to see a statement from a gulf company. Perhaps the NR factory is not done yet
