Slow down and breathe. Yes this is the best news we had in what feels like years but it has not de-risked yet and is still vulnerable. I don't think there will be a significant price change until they start the dev on the plant

If i remember from my conversation with Mazen, he mentioned that the group was a very experienced and they build large Bilion $ plants.

Not sure what to make of the land agreement cancelation as i haven't digested that part yet but i reckon that we should hear about the development of the plant in the very near future. In my opinion, we need months before this reaches a good price.
