These are CND funds
These are CND fundsThis is CAD people. It's a Canadian company in Canada trading mainly on a Canadian exchange putting out a news release not meant for the USA. Also we pay bills in Canadian $$$ up here so stop thinking we're a 3rd world country in Africa. That said, there is plenty of proof that this is CAD funds.
1st occurence in the header of the NR: Not for distribution to United States newswire services or for dissemination in the United States
2nd clue: Accordingly, these securities will not be offered or sold to persons within the United States
3rd clue: No mention anywhere of USD.

As for the deal, it's not great but not too nasty. Mazen Haddad is a finance guy and i trust his judgement. He's worked his butt off to keep it alive so perhaps there's a good reason for this deal such as attracting a particular group/person. dum dum dum :)
