I suggest reading the Alternative Monthly Report June 9, 2017 and the NOTICE OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS June 29, 2017 on SEDAR. Based on this information and just putting 2+2 together looks we'll know something soon enough as posted earlier today. I'm expecting something positive as relates to financing as I have to believe Mr. Alnaimi would not have invested $1,200,000 of his own money and spent the last year to earn performance based warrants that will be otherwise essentially worthless.
