Mazen's shares.....

Mazen's shares.....   Unless he's converted some notes into shares, I don't think he has any shares at all. 50M warrants, yes, but no shares. Those notes are extremely tough to keep track of, so he could have some but he's giving up 15% interest a year to turn them into shares at this point.....so again, I doubt it. His brother made a PP so he does have some, but the big  gun is Munther who has at least 44M.  But I do agree with Menace, manipulation is happening and I'd still like an explanation as to why the company has, as of this writing late pm Thursday 7th,  STILL not posted the big news release on the web site....perhaps trying not to let the big news out to everyone who might still be holding shares and would be willing to sell for current prices? This management group's PR skills are so bad as to be unbelievable. So they are either inept, or trying to hold the share price down. And I agree with Menace's idea about how to vote.......I agree as well that we are not going to be able to kick him out with our no votes, it's just not going to happen. But perhaps if we can muster 10-15% of the vote against him, it might shake him up and make him realize we aren't stupid and we see what he's been doing. He just might become more transparent about some things and stop ignoring apparent failures and letting the market arrive at it's own conclusions about those failures which inevitably ends up driving share prices down. The market  always assumes the worst case scenario without a company announcement to put a more positive spin on it.  He's pulled that silence stunt multiple times, and it always ended with a falling share price.....look no farther than the past 2 months situation as he ignored issues surrounding the tech center financing apparent failure and I'm sure everyone had their concerns that the JV was dead, or dying when we went for so long with.....nothing but  his silence.  If we give him a 95% approval vote, we're going to get more of the same. USE your votes to voice your displeasure with the way things had been shaping up....which wasn't good as witnessed by the share price in the toilet. I do not believe it had to be that way if he had simply made an effort to keep both ourselves and the market appraised of what was happening. And do not make the assumption that this ECEC deal was generated by Mazen, or even anyone on the staff. It's entirely possible that they came to Argex and dropped the deal into their laps and saved us all. It certainly came out of left field to say the least. But I will also say that it's possible it's the result of months of work by Mazen and crew....but to automatically credit him with this is a mistake.  Remember, it wasn't the Argex engineering team that figured out how to expand the process to be able to produce such a massively larger quanity of ore resulting in plants that might be configured all the way up to 300k tons, it was an outside group that was reviewing their work. So don't just assume he was behind the ECEC deal, look at the larger body of work that has gone on over the past 3 years and what it's achieved......how many 'deals' came along that got everyone fired up only to have it dry up and vanish into Mazen's silence?  I think we need to give him a little kick in the pants to help him realize he needs to keep us and the market better informed. Our votes will do that, maybe, but what else can we do....complain on 8020? LOL...
Just to make a point about the voting, when Roy's attempts at financing failed, we all found out just before the meeting, so everyone was really upset with him. Yet he still garnered 70% of the votes, so it wasn't even close. I doubt there's that much anger at Mazen right now, especially with this ECEC deal everyone is giddy...... So it would shock me if enough people were to cast enough votes to kick him out....just simply not going to happen. BUT it might not take a lot to get his attention...ie....say we vote FOR everyone else, just against him.....if the others get 98% and Mazen gets only 95%....that might wake him up and make him start asking himself why.  So splitting your votes is a definite possibility to get  his attention. I plan to.
