RE:Another possible scenario Taking numbers from the info circular, if Mazen & co exercise ALL their notes, options, warrants and add in their shares, they would hold 226.4M. But that would push the existing total of 447.5M shares outstanding all the way to 657M. So they'd need control of another 102M shares to get to 50%. But don't forget, Mazen's brother made a recent pp....taking those numbers from memory I'm thinking it was about 40M shares and another 20M warrants??????...add those in and they're not too far off. Just keep in mind that every warrant exercised adds to the shares outstanding though so they'd still be off by around 50M. But that's close enough that a take over becomes a genuine possibility. How many other 'friends' made pp's in the past 3 years?....so yeah, very possible.
