I am a bit confused by your statement. It seems you do not understand the basic fact : Argex is not filling for bankruptcy ; Argex is restructuring the debt, by making a proposal (under a Trustee) to the creditors. Like a poster said, it is all gossip until the next news. But at least, keep straigth and factual what we know.
