Ti02 Manufacturers and other related Ti02 Companies , I contacted these companies to inform them of the solicitation of bidders by PWC, I also sent them the PWC link regarding the auction.
I believe, Mr.Alnaimi probably will not want any bidders to be aware of the auction so that he may acquire Argex's technology at a low bid, with no competition. Many bidders would not bode well for him, many bidders = higher price tag and more beneficial for shareholders.
