Good questions footloose, I will post when I find out.

I think Mr. Alnaimi is maybe worried about other bidders and needs time to figure out what to do. Maybe the other bidders have deep pockets and can out bid Mr.Alnaimi. Seems to me Mr.Alnaimi has some obstacles ahead of him.

What I would like to know is why PWC is not updating news regarding the delay of the August 21st auction???

I know Mr.Tadros ( Vice President of PWC) is out of office till August 26th, but would that delay the auction??

I hope we can get answers soon, I have put out an email to Ms.Michele Kadigiri also and  I am waiting for her reply.

I can assure you of one thing footloose, I like you and many others  that will lose a great deal if Argex goes private, will not  stop fighting until justice prevails for  all Argex shareholders.
