Question to the board...
So i asked this question in the form of an email directly to argex two days ago and have not received
an answer on it so im going to ask some of the folks who have been around here longer then i have.
So here it goes. In the MD and A they recently published they clearly stated that they executed an offtake agreement with a major US supplier in q1 of 2019. Wouldnt news such as this be considered material? If so then why was there not a public release of such information?
Regards.

There was a release November 28th, not sure if this is what you are looking for.

In the recent information form they mention another off-take agreement with a major North American paint producer which was signed in Q1 2019.

Another day of stagnation, I don't believe they can keep a lid on this much longer, perhaps the end of this month?

billr861, Where have you read they are now planning to build in Quebec? Maybe they meant the province, not the town. Thanks, Tom

It was stated in the MD&A for 2018, but I don't recall if they meant the city or the province. It just said Quebec. But if they're following that LOI about Becancour then why are they still looking for a place to put the full size plant at all? I'm guessing it's the city because it's closer to the LacBrule mine site than Becancour is so lower transportation charges.

If they mention only "in Quebec", then it means it'is in the province. Otherwise, they would have mentionned "in Quebec City".
