your'e the one that's delusional please don't listen to these clows,the ceo's brother has put in alot of money  in the company and that's not because he loves his brother,the ceo has taken no salary since he bought the company ,sure he owns alot of shares but he's like us, if the company fails he also has nothing but wallpaper,i don't care if the jv takes a little longer and the economy gets worst, people won't stop using paints,alot of plants are closing because of enviromental problems and that is a big deal with all the country's cleaning up there acts on pollusion and goverments pushing these plants to close we will make it, these negotiation's take time period and on top of that this jv will be financed totaly by the vietname mine we pay nothing and we don't dillute the shares,for me i'm not selling to many good thing are happening do your own dd and good luck to all of us
