RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Becancour industrial park

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Becancour industrial parkThe summary of the AGM was the link that Ontario gave me, that's not what I'm looking for. Nor is it the MD&A from 2018. It was a free standing announcement of the LOI to get property at Becancour and the last sentence of the entire announcement stated that the small plant was delayed until Jan 2020 pending financing. I've posted the question at 8020 so hopefully they will shed some light on this. I asked them pointe blank if the company has made a full shift in philospophy to build JV's instead of their own plants going forward, which is what this is all about to me and why I'm asking the questions.  I think JV's are a good way to go to get the company up and running, wait on building our own plants till we have the money to pay for them outright rather than getting into debt. But I want to hear it from mgmnt.....if they'll say it. But deleting that Becancour announcement lends credance to my thinking here, if they did so. Shareholders deserve to know which way the company is going in the future, so I'm asking them.
