RE:Class Action...I would save your energy, the company has no equity. The statements from Management have the normal clauses to protect them. The financial statements to the best of my knowledge were not falsified. You can look at the last 3 quarters and see the growing liabilites, no income. You and I both chose to ignore this and invest based on hope.
They disclosed several months ago the Vietname deal was not going as smoothly as they hoped.
I get people are angry (I am too) but this will not be productive.
