It's June 28th at 1pm eastern time at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, 800 Square Victoria, Suite 3700, Montreal.  You cannot just show up to vote though. The voting instructions that should have been mailed to you give detailed instructions.
The timing of this is very odd. Who would do this right before the meeting unless it was forced by creditors.  Mazen and his family have a lot of money invested in this company, in common shares.
Although they can afford to loose it, no one wants to loose that kind of money!
