Save your communications

Save your communicationsHi all,

All shareholders sould save all their communications with Argex management : email, chat, phone calls (wrote somewhere the informations you remember from them with the dates). If there is ever a class action, it might become useful, maybe decisive.

If there is ever a possible class action, I think it would occur later. If Alnaimi wins the bid and Argex 2.0 is formed, we will have to watch what will occur with the tech. If a plant is built anywhere in the world or a meaningful contract signed, this is where we would have some leverage for a class action. The suspicion that the management was not fair when they said they failed to raise financing during Argex time would be high enough to attract a law firm.

GLTA,

Tom
