Why Not UsMenace 46,SGordon, and all shareholders of Argex........Yes why not us? You can see others fight for their rights, we have to also. Start with as many complaints as possible to the AMF, they are our best resource right now. Mr.Alnaimi and directors could face some serious charges. We were mislead, there has been negligent misrepresentation, securities fraud and definitely a breach of fiduciary duties. Take your anger and frustrations and put them to good use and complain to the proper department......the AMF , they will help. We all have shown the ability to voice our concerns here on stockhouse so why not voice them with the AMF also, that is where it will really count. Our class action lawsuit can come after this. The OSB and The PWC Trustee have both stated that the Quebec Securities Commission, AMF is the way to go. Trust in that and be proactive. We will all be sorry if we didn't at least try. respectfully grandpa67
