RE:RE:RE:It’s all over ...I agree. Negligence of not getting the engineering package causing a huge devaluation. A great devaluation to detour other bidders, so the CEO could pick the company up and complete the important task after his solo bid was accepted. Nice little story. In the best interest of investors? Yes class action lawsuit. I believe in a corporation situation, the lawsuit can go beyond the corporation to the CEO personally in the case of negligence. So maybe the company is broke but the CEO has his personal wealth. 

On another note.....In the list list of potential bidders, didn’t see the country of China listed, but only the city Hong Kong, also didn’t see the USA or Saudi Arabia listed. Were key potential bidders purposely avoided? Did I miss something here?
