Absolutely right.

Mazen Haddad is an indicator for my Argex investement since years.

He has saved the company in the darkest days after the disaster with Roy Bonell & Co. and he was investing again and again, if some cash was needed.

What they get are shares or options, but no cash since years. Correct me it I'm wrong.

Ontario is correct, Al Naimi got 25M warrants, Ghali got 10M, the rest of the directors split 13.25M warrants as pay for the year ending Aug 2019.

Right they get stock and options so it doesn't take a big hike to get into their investment.... Then!!!

Not exactly correct. Yes with every PP they get warrants that they could exercise at some point in the future - which makes it a much better option than investing in the public market, however they do have to pour in actual money in the first place - and they did in millions. If the company goes nowhere they stand to lose it all, so even if they are getting options it wouldnt make any sense to ...more
