Ontario, agreement to supply engineering, what's to get excited about. Are they getting money for their product. Enough of these off take agreements, need licensing deals to get money. There is no cash flow coming in, all just raising money. How long can company survive.

@mininggeneral....what's to get excited about is that FINANCING is INCLUDED in the deal for the plants they build for Argex. They are working on 3 projects right now, the Tech Center, the JV, and another 25K plant in China. That's a lot to get excited about.
