You're absolutely right Grandpa. I'm sure any serious Argex (retail) shareholders had a lump in their throat on the last two days of trading before the halt. I'm pretty sure that they had an even bigger lump in their throat when the company brought out that news release regarding the bankruptcy. I'm, also, pretty sure that serious Argex retail investors didn't get a lot of ...more

It’s predictable what the session with the lawyers will be like. First they will spread fear and give out stats of how few companies come back to life once they are in this situation. Next they will be asking for money in order for them to build a case. They need to answer detailed questions such as how the company may gain by declaring bankruptcy, what the advantages and disadvantages are and how ...more
