Trade history going into the halt

Is there absolutely no way of having someone look into the trade history before the halt!? Or even the current positions of the board and/or Mazen A’s brother, Munther? If it was insiders selling before the halt is there some way around not reporting their trades? Or maybe they can wait a year like they did with the recent grant of options? If it wasn’t insiders trading before the halt that says a lot, that they are willing to sacrifice 10’s of millions of shares for the upside of taking this private. To me that alone should be grounds for an investigation.

Menace, didn't you here on the Q and A with the lawyer, first before they even start, it's $40,000 and how much more will they charge to look at what you want them to do? Only the people who have right of claim will be the ones that bought it right before bankruptcy. Unless your the ones that did that, it won't affect you. Think about it, the only company who could have saved Argex ...more
