Land values in BHL HZ oilfield high for good reason. MAKE MONEY FROM LONG TERM OIL PRODUCTION. YOU WANT HIGH CAPEX-- GO TO THE TAR SANDS. GEEZ EVERY COMPANY MAKES WITH $90 CRUDE. DON'T YOU KNOW THAT.  Bigger, profits from Swan Hills area at this time--payout at $5M drilled well= 60,000 BBLs in less than 2 years.
