Aspenleaf is getting a lot of growth upside by assuming Arcan's Debt.

It would be worth it to hold on to the spinco to see how fast they can grow production at Swan Hills from here.   There's likely more upside to be had in the near term.

I'm assuming Arcan stock will re-open again tomorrow?  That will tell us whether it is a good deal or not.
