Do you own the converts? If so just express your dissatisfaction with the current proposal to mgmt and vote no.  Id probably settle for something in the 90-100c range with the difference made up with warrants (but not 9 month warrants, try 2 years as is standard).

Often in the case of restructuring converts mgmt trys to lowball but if we play tough they make better offers. Just check out ibi group
