Could it be?Is there any chance that CPG and/or LTS let this deal be offered, ARN take it on the chin and now they'll come in and offer $0.60/share to buy the entire company?
What seemed like a crappy offer a week ago, is also double the market price now and more likely to be accepted.
Possible?
