RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:think about it......I'm wondering what are the chances that Crescent Point and Lightstream - both major shareholders, not debenture holders - are influencing Arcan in the backing of this deal?

It's CPG, LTS and the Banks who are going to push this through IMO.  Everyone else is at their mercy including the DB holders.
