I find it hard to believe that you claim to own no shares and no debentures (for the record I own some of the debentures).  Yet despite having no economic interest in this transaction you have posted numerous times, always adocating that the shareholders and debentureholders have to vote in favor of the transaction or they  will be economically crushed.  Nothing you have said to date is IMO credible but why are you wasting your time posting if you have no financial interest in this company.  Don't you have anything better to do with your time than follow a doomed transaction that is irrelevant to you? Of all the stocks that trade on the TSX, why have you chosen to waste your time advocating for a foolish position based on incorrrect assumptions when the results don't affect you.
Like everything else you have posted I find your claim to be unbelievable.
