IMO everything you write is totally bogus.  The debenture holders will do fine if this transaction is rejected but will lose 20% if it is approved. Of course, since you have no skin in the game why do you continually keep posting the same gibberish.  We heard you and I for one do not agree with you.

For your sake, i hope you are correct and I am wrong. It won't be long now and we shall see the outcome of the vote. As I said, if voted down, in the short term, I expect the stock to fall and the debentures to immediately return to the $.50 range. In the longer term, I expect further erosion of ARN's balance sheet. If shareholders and debenture holders think this deal is bad, the alternative is worse.
