Re    your   last    sentence    ;      EXACTLY     .    Were  this   deal   to  have  a  shred   of  credability  and  any  possibility   of  approval    they  needed  the  major    holders    LTS   and  CPG    on  side  . The    fact   that   they   went  ahead   anyway  shows   how   FOOLHARDY    they   were   with   OUR  MONEY .   I   sent   them  an  email    telling   them  the  deal  would  never   go  through   and  to  call   it   off    before   they  spend  the  big    $$$ .   I  received   no  reply  .
