Thank you but I am certain of one thing and that this Board and management's priority is taking care of themselves and they will never put the shareholders interest above their own.  It appears that when they agreed to this sale, they never even contacted the 2 biggest shareholders.  Had they done so and learned that they were not going to back the proposal, it was then a waste of time and money to proceed since  the proposal was never goin to be adopted.  I will never understand the way they handled this.  Now the question is how do we rescue ARN when the Board is not really interested in doing so.  I wish someone would mount a proxy fight(LTS and/or CPG come to mine as likely candidates) so that we could get rid of the incumbents.  Then I think we would have a fighting chance for the debenture holders to receive full compensation and for the shareholders to even get something for their interest.
