This is a more recent update on the Fortaleza first "right of refusal" purchase of Stimsol from Arcan, but it does not specifically say how much they paid Arcan. The only thing good about this is that the bleeding finally stops as of October 3. But the transaction is insignificant in the overall scheme of things.
