RE:Merry Early Christmas? 8 cents? I sympathize. I read your post and didn't know if I should laugh or cry. I too remember when this was a high flyer and I owned some around $4 or $5. Ended up getting out with a small gain - I didn't get it on the way up but bought in after the highs were made and the trend changed to down down down.
Saw the Aspenleaf deal and couldn't understand it so not surprised it was rejected.
On a positive note you only need to own 5% to call a special meeting and then put that ridiculous retention bonus to a vote of shareholders. At current prices 5% is around $465,000 out of a $9.3mm market cap.
If you were part of management you could use the retention bonus to fund it.
