Given the current stock price, the incredible retention bonuses they have awarded themselves and Penner's assertion that oil is going to $140/bbl, how is it that not a single person on the Arcan management team has spent even a penny on company stock? For me, that says a lot about them, they are biding their time and working hard at being leeches. It's not like anyone else wants them, so they might as well suck every penny out of Arcan that they can!!! Doug essentially replaced Ed's position, how did Marty score such a sweet FT, well paid gig, as CEO when his position was originally as a temporary fill-in? Once the cheques start, it's really hard to give them up, isn't it McCoy?
