In Feb and March of this year they paid over 600 hundred thousand in RSU and bonus payments (page 33). If the deal closes, another 650 hundred thousand paid as retention retainer (page 42). If deal fails, they receive 6.2 million RSU's plus it appears 250 thousand in retention bonus (34). These guys have no shame. "
