Rewarding bad management................I don't think so
I'm certainly not in agreement with this proposal especially while the "jobs for the boys" is still on the table. The entire lot need to be required to payback the bonuses and shown the door. Aspenleaf can keep one person from the old regime to show them the ropes for a month or two and then goodbye...and no - there won't be a reference - at least not one they will want to show anyone else.
