NO - no surprise hey.
This is such a sweetheart deal for the directors and employees who ultimately are the ones who put Arcan into the can.One has to ask why would Aspenleaf be hoping for this deal to go thru if it wasn't an excellent deal for them? They are footing the bill for the lobbying for a yes vote - you don't speculate to accummulate without it being one heck of a deal. Before this sham of a proposal was presented Arcan was twice the SP of today. Imagine the confidence the market may have had if they cleaned house instead of cleaning us out! I still shake my head in disbelieve of how Arcan said that they needed to give incentives to their employees or risk loosing them, so we got the hair cut instead of them! Waiting to see what happens - and here's hoping for some resignations and a pop in the share price!
