What a waste of time and money
The Board should resign for wasting valuable dollars on a proposal that anyone with half a brain could see would not get the requisite approvals. It's my guess it didn't even obtain the approval of the shareholders, let alone the debenture holders. If they had any integrity they admit that they aren't qualified to lead the company.
Although it was apparent from the beginning that the proposal was doomed, I bet they have no plan B. They should turn over the direction of the company to people who have some vision of how to get out of the mess that they created.
It will be interesting to see how the shares and debentures trade once trading begins later today.
