Debenture holders screwed themselves. First, the price will continue to drift down. Second, the first series debenture holders have to think about what they will do with all the shares when they get paid with stock at market when the first series comes due......IF the bank doesn't cut the line of credit too deeply forcing ARN into real trouble.

You have been wrong more often than  Cheney.  First, the shareholders did not approve the transaction so even if the debentureholders had approved the transaction it would not have happened.  Second, you said the debentures would tank to $50 which has not happened.  In fact the Common has gone down by a much larger percent than the Debentures.  Please do us all a favor and
