Since you post here continuously, you obviously have a lot of common shares that you are afraid will go to zero. You claim that ARN doesn't have the ability to pay off their debentures? If that is the case, then your shares are indeed worthless. If you believed what you are posting, you would sell your shares and move on, and yet you do not. That makes it obvious that you are trying to mislead people here.

company shills with a sense of entitlement get upset when flawed proposals (that only really benefit themselves) get canned..................................... What were those change of ownership payments again?????????????
